Original Site Biography[]
Rex: What he lacks in brains, he makes up for in his uncanny ability to taste minute differences in coffee blends. Oh, and he’s strong too, but that’s genetic.
Personality[]
Rex was initially portrayed as a menacing dog, given that he's quite big and muscular and served as the muscle in Bino's gang. His collar even sports a skull. Because of this the pets in Babylon Gardens had the impression that he was a dangerous and violent pet. Quite the opposite, though, Rex is very sensitive and joyful, with a love for baking cookies. In one of his most recent appearance, he even breaks down crying, admitting that he swapped his cookies with someone else at a bake sale because they were better than his.
General Information[]
Rex, along with Fox, was a member of Bino's original posse, and could usually be seen around him. He tended to go along with whatever Bino's up to, and shared his bias against cat-lovers, though there are special occasions when he didn't always agree with him, such as in Fido's Return, and The Arc Specifically About Being Naked. Initially, Rex serves as one of Bino's tough guy lieutenants and an intimidating, somewhat slow-witted figure of menace. However, as the comic progresses, his more sensitive and emotional side seems to become more prominent and he hasn't been seen with Bino that much, if at all. Like Fox, it's possible that Rex has also grown tired of Binos arrogance and moved on from his hate against cat-lovers. In fact, in his most recent appearance he is even seen in the background holding paws with a Bigglesworth,
